K9ERP Release 1.5.8.5

Included in this update:

1. A new error report has been added for documents that fail to finalize. This report will be generated when a document is finalized and items are missing/invalid. For example, missing serial numbers or payment terms.
2. Two new reports have been added to track vendor and shipping performance. The reports display vendor and customer on-time delivery performance.
3. New tabs have been added to the customer and vendor forms. The forms display vendor and customer on-time delivery performance.
4. Updated naming conventions for several columns
5. Merged code and description for banks.
6. Added additional options in the copy document menu.
7. Fixed issue with dropdown arrow alignment on certain forms.
8. Updates the COA structure forms:
   1. Updated the COA structure forms to a hierarchical format
   2. Added a numbering system to display order of items on financial statements to the COA structure forms.
9. Added additional functionality in these batch process forms:
   1. Invoices
   2. Invoice posting
   3. Receipts
   4. Customer statements
10.     Implemented right-click context menus in the following forms:
    1. Customers
    2. Vendors
    3. Sales reps
    4. Banks
    5. Cashiers
    6. Journal entries
    7. Receipts
    8. Payments
    9. Deposits
