K9ERP Release 1.5.8.6

Included in this update:

1. New Commission Reports added
2. The Sales Tax Report (Report #51) was displaying a sum of the tax rates rather than the individual rate. This will update the report to show the individual tax rates.
3. New search and display columns added to these Price Quotation reports:
   1. #65 – Active Price Quotations
   2. #66 – Active Price Quotations Details
