- There is an issue when printing multiple documents at once. For example, the batch statement printout and the batch printing procedure. If too many documents are selected, the process times out and fails.
- Validate customers and vendors must have a name before saving
- Temporarily reverse file encryption for batch printed documents. This reverses a beta test involving file encryption during batch printing processes. The original process was intended to speed up deletion of temporary files. A new method is being deployed as part of K9’s Document Management System. This reversal does not leave files encrypted.
- Add end of day batch code column to the deposit form. (click on image to enlarge)
- The Process Service Contract form is creating invoices for service contracts not yet due and/or months that have already been invoiced. (click on image to enlarge)
